Intro to Knitting Workshop at Grate Company

In this beginner class, you’ll learn essential stitches including casting on, the knit and purl stitches, and binding off. Wine, tea, and light snacks will be available, and yarn and needles are provided. This workshop is funded in part by the Regional Arts & Culture Council.
FREE; registration required. Limited space, priority registration given to LGBTQ+ and BIPOC individuals. On May 1st, if space allows, the registration will open to all others. Please register each individual separately. (Register here)

I’m teaming up with the bi-weekly Community Arts Day event held at Rose City Book Pub to teach two free intro to knitting classes, one at 2pm and one at 3:30pm on May 8.
